Abstract
The GCI Vortex Sentinel (AV‑1) is a zero‑filter, chemical‑free micro‑pollutant remediation system that uses acoustic‑vortex concentration and plasma‑cavitation mineralization to neutralize PFAS, microplastics, and polymeric contaminants in municipal and coastal water streams. The system integrates multiple GCI inventions including the Arachne‑Chip microfluidic thermal interface, CMRS‑1 harmonic controller, and the VMR Titan v2.5‑T cavitation core. The architecture is modular, open‑hardware, and designed for global deployment. All components, schematics, and operational logic are released under CERN‑OHL‑P for unrestricted engineering use.
