Abstract

A network-aware artificial intelligence (AI) control fabric is proposed herein for a system that bridges AI engineering and network engineering by using existing enterprise network infrastructure as the foundation of an intelligent, governed AI delivery fabric. The system dynamically routes AI agent workloads across distributed compute clusters based on intent classification, real-time network telemetry, policy constraints, wide area network (WAN) conditions, and compute availability. By treating the network as an active, programmable participant in each AI routing decision, the system provides a unified control plane for selecting appropriate AI agents, applying network policies, monitoring path health, and improving decisions through feedback.
