Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical sciences and material chemistry. More particularly, the invention relates to novel solid forms of the apolipoprotein L1 (APOL1) inhibitor Inaxaplin, including a novel crystalline form, an amorphous form, novel solvates, and amorphous solid dispersions (ASDs). The invention further provides cost-effective, industrially scalable processes for their preparation and pharmaceutical compositions containing them for treating kidney diseases.
