Abstract
This system is a modular municipal organic waste processing platform that converts bagged wet food waste into stabilized fertilizer pellets using a staged mechanical and thermal process:

Mechanical shredding

Screw-press dewatering

Exhaust-driven thermal stabilization (mobile)

Controlled belt drying (fixed plant)

Nutrient reintroduction loop

Ring-die pelletization
The system is designed to minimize landfill diversion load, reduce biological decomposition during transport, and produce standardized fertilizer pellets using lignin-based binding without chemical additives.
