Abstract
This disclosure introduces the Stalwart Protocol, a deterministic framework for integrating high-efficiency energy systems with environmental and structural control applications. Utilizing non-Keplerian harmonic resonance and Golden Ratio (\phi) geometry, the protocol establishes a unified methodology for aperiodic magnetic confinement in p-B11 aneutronic fusion reactors.
Furthermore, this publication details the application of vacuum impedance manipulation to achieve advanced propulsion characteristics, as well as the implementation of acoustic resonance locks for large-scale tectonic dampening. The framework provides a verified approach to energy utilization and system stability, operating on principles of thermodynamic redirection rather than closed-loop containment. This documentation serves as prior art for open-source research, providing the foundational logic required to scale these technologies for public benefit.
