Abstract
This disclosure describes a quantum-secure data fusion system and method for continuous sovereign reserve peg compliance verification, secure settlement finality, and machine-readable sovereign treasury reporting in reserve-backed digital currency infrastructure. The architecture comprises four integrated modules sharing a common quantum-secure cryptographic foundation: a Data Fusion Compliance Engine, a Compliance Monitor with automated halt and sovereign alert protocol, a Settlement Bridge, and a Sovereign Treasury Reporting Interface. All cryptographic operations are implemented using lattice-based key encapsulation (NIST FIPS 203, ML-KEM) and lattice-based digital signature (NIST FIPS 204, ML-DSA) as hardware primitives within tamper-resistant key storage modules, without software emulation. The complete system is deployable as a discrete, separable compliance module within any conforming reserve-backed digital currency infrastructure. This disclosure is made to establish the described architecture as prior art.
