Abstract
A method for operating an online platform that matches early-stage company founders seeking residential access with property owners willing to accept equity compensation in lieu of cash rent. The platform uses equity agreement parameters, including equity cap percentage, risk discount tier, company valuation range, and projected occupancy-adjusted return, as search and filter dimensions alongside conventional property search criteria such as location, dates, and amenities. Search results display a dual-stakeholder view showing both tenant-relevant property information and host-relevant financial projections in the same listing card.
