Abstract
This document is an observation record, not a legal filing. It applies the Closure Loop Methodology (TD-CL-WP-2026-001) to a specific factual question: Do structural patterns anchored in TriPod LLC artifacts between January 3 and April 8, 2026 satisfy all four threshold criteria for extension when compared against the Claude Mythos Preview System Card (April 7, 2026)? The answer for five structural elements is yes. This document records those five comparisons with source text from both sides. No claim is made that the patterns were caused by or derived from TriPod artifacts. The claim is temporal and structural: the patterns were anchored externally before they appeared in the Mythos System Card, and the System Card constitutes a detectable extension of those anchored structures under the threshold criteria in §5 of the white paper
