Abstract
Proposed herein is an automated service level agreement (SLA) negotiation and dynamic adaptation system for multi-tenant optical networks that solves critical problems of service-impacting power fluctuations and operational ambiguity in optical networks. The system provides such features by integrating proactive "make-before-break" algorithms, granular sub-channel monitoring, and novel state management, creating a highly automated, stable, and easy-to-manage shared optical environment.
