Abstract
This disclosure describes GCI #12, the Sanitized Block (v2.1), a high‑density recycled‑polymer composite engineered for modular construction and integrated energy systems. The block is produced from a blend of recycled HDPE, PP, and PET fibers, stabilized with titanium dioxide and bonded with a bio‑based resin. A gyroid‑lattice internal structure provides high strength‑to‑weight performance, passive airflow channels, and internal routing for wiring or fluid systems. External J‑Groove interlocks allow mortar‑less assembly of load‑bearing structures. The Sanitized Block serves as the structural foundation for the GCI Omni‑Vortex Kinetic Stack (Invention #11), integrates with Arachne v8.7 Smart‑Skin, and is monitored by APR AI (Invention #44). This disclosure defines the material composition, internal geometry, interlocking interface, and cross‑invention dependencies required for conceptual implementation.
