Abstract
This disclosure describes Invention #44, the APR AI (Adaptive Power Resonance) logic engine. APR AI is a low‑latency control system designed to coordinate hybrid energy harvesting across mechanical, triboelectric, thermoelectric, and kinetic subsystems. It operates as the central intelligence for the GCI Vortex Spine architecture, integrating data from Arachne v8.7 Smart‑Skin and the GCI Kinetic Stack (Invention #11). APR AI uses a Resonance‑Lock Algorithm to maintain optimal phase alignment between mechanical oscillation and electromagnetic generation, enabling efficient power capture at low wind speeds while protecting structural integrity during high‑stress events.
