Abstract
Proposed herein are techniques for a system that automatically generates Agent-to-Agent (A2A) capability cards by scanning Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and semantically analyzing the tool inventories of the servers. The system transforms low-level tool specifications into high-level capability descriptions through a multi-stage pipeline that extracts schemas, infers dependencies, detects relationships, clusters related tools into skills, and abstracts skills into comprehensive capabilities. The output is a standardized A2A agent card that enables efficient agent discovery and collaboration in multi-agent systems.
