Abstract

Disclosed is VTC-KTKN (Visual Token Compression - Katechon), an optimized implementation of visual token storage protocols within the TrueOS sovereign architecture. While the core concept of encoding static data into visual tokens (QR codes) and compressing them using video codecs (H.265) by exploiting temporal redundancy is known art (see: olow304/memvid), VTC-KTKN details novel improvements for archival integrity and edge-retrieval. Innovations include the mandatory use of QR Code Level H Error Correction (ECC) to guarantee data recovery against compression artifacts and bit-rot, and the utilization of a Product Quantized (PQ) FAISS index to reduce the RAM footprint of the search index, enabling efficient "Zero-Infrastructure" vector database functionality on low-power edge devices.
