The present disclosure relates to solid dispersions comprising {(2S)-4-[7-(8-chloronaphthalen-1-yl)-2-{[(2S)-1-methyl pyrrolidin-2-yl]-methoxy}-5,6,7,8-tetra hydropyrido[3,4-d] pyrimidin-4-yl]-1-(2-fluoroprop-2-enoyl) piperazin-2-yl} acetonitrile of formula-1 and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients and processes for preparation thereof. The structure of formula-1 is shown as below:
