Abstract
In today's fast-paced and digitally driven environment, professionals are bombarded with many different types of notifications on a daily basis in which such notifications can be scattered across different platforms, such as email platforms, instant messaging platforms, and the like. Notifications spread across different platforms can lead to a loss of productivity due to wasted time and duplicated effort. To address such issues, an intelligent, centralized system is proposed herein that aggregates artificial intelligence (AI) -driven insights and automates task management across multiple platforms, providing a cohesive and streamlined user experience. Such a system can reduce cognitive load, enhance productivity, improve work-life balance, and enhance security by enabling seamless integration and intelligent curation of information, transforming the way professionals manage their digital workspaces.
