Abstract
Operators of software development organizations can request access to production software, which can be granted only with adequate justification and scrutiny. This disclosure describes artificial intelligence (AI) based techniques that drive continual improvement on the quality of justifications used to access production systems. An autonomous AI agent obtains data about operator requests and their justifications from a centralized data store. The AI agent obtains bug-related information (such as title and communications) on bugs associated with the justification. The AI agent summarizes bug-related information and identifies messaging improvements. Messaging improvements are fed back to the operator. The operator can provide feedback on the messaging improvements, e.g., via thumbs-up/down icons embedded in the message. The operator’s feedback is used to evaluate the AI agent and serves as an outer feedback loop to improve the agent.
