Abstract
The present invention relates to the amorphous form of Brensocatib, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same, and processes for its preparation. More particularly, the invention provides an amorphous preparation that demonstrates improved solubility, dissolution rate, and bioavailability compared to the crystalline form of Brensocatib.
