Abstract
An airflow regulation system is proposed herein that includes a variable or pliant membrane device that can be utilized to control the airflow in electronics enclosures in a manner that is effective, repeatable, and comprehensive. The membrane device of the airflow regulation system provides an adaptable solution for a problem (airflow management) that is inherently variable. Traditional methods for airflow management often fall short in terms of scope, complexity, effectiveness, and robustness. In contrast, the membrane device proposed herein can include variable/pliant properties such that the proposed airflow regulation system addresses the shortcomings of traditional airflow management solutions with a straightforward approach.
