Abstract

The present disclosure related to a system and method for thermochromic indicator payment card. The system and method more specifically implements thermochromic technique. The payment card is embedded with thermochromic material that can change colour in response to temperature fluctuation, providing a passive and dynamic visual indicator for transaction verification and security alerts. Further, the present disclosure enables real time transaction awareness and fraud detection without relying on electronic alerts and external power sources.
