Abstract
Many organizations rely on a combination of first-party and third-party software to support their business units in solving specific challenges. These software components are often interconnected, resulting in a complex mesh of systems that underpin critical business processes. This disclosure describes techniques that use infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles to leverage information available within a codebase or systems to automatically generate system descriptions and documentation using artificial intelligence (AI). The techniques consolidate data from multiple sources to synchronize documentation across entire systems, eliminating the need for manual updates and mitigating ambiguity regarding system states.
