Abstract
Sealing of stator lead terminations in refrigerant compressor motors is crucial to prevent refrigerant leakage and ensure robust electrical insulation. Traditional epoxy based potting solution is not suitable for high voltage applications that use terminal with busbars and lug-based design on stator leads. This proposed solution discloses an innovative rubber based potting free sealing solution for high voltage AC stator terminal that uses busbars.
