Abstract
The NMR logging measurement comprises beside the measurement of the amplitude of the NMR echoes also multiple calibration measurements and auxiliary measurements.
The disclosed method proofs that it is possible to use the measurement of the quality factor of the receiver antenna (which is an auxiliary measurement) to derive the resistivity (or conductivity) of the formation.
