Abstract
An aspect of the disclosure is related to an apparatus including a number of pixels, each pixel comprising a first path for illumination of a single spot in an eye cornea, and a second path for detection of a reflected light from the single spot. The first path and the second path are implemented using waveguides, and the first path and the second path are coupled to a processor that implements an FMCW depth sensing of the eye cornea for remote eye tracking.
