Abstract
Systems and methods for evaluating an employee’s professional personality are provided. The systems and methods may enable the use of artificial intelligence to perform sentiment analysis on one or more employee communications, and quantify one or more personality characteristics based on the one or more employee communications. The systems and methods may compare the quantified personality characteristics to one or more employees, and may generate one or more employee scores for employees for each of the one or more personality characteristics.
