Abstract
Quantum computing offers a paradigm shift in computational power with the potential to revolutionize employee well-being and financial security. This paper explores the application of quantum algorithms, including VQE, QAOA, and QMC, in personalized healthcare, optimized financial planning, and advanced organizational resource allocation. We discuss the computational advantages of these algorithms over classical methods, address challenges of the NISQ era, and propose future research directions for realizing quantum advantage in enhancing employee lives.
