Abstract
This disclosure describes techniques that make use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to intelligently select subscribers for new service rollouts based on call detail record (CDR) analysis. CDR data, obtained with user permission, is analyzed to select subscribers who frequently or infrequently use an existing service, enabling prioritizing such subscribers to rollouts of new services. The prioritized subscriber list is provided to a provisioning system to deliver configuration updates over-the-air (OTA) (or via any other mechanism, such as over the internet) to subscriber devices. Feedback from subscriber devices regarding adoption of new features is incorporated enabling refinement of subscriber selection criteria. The described techniques can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of new service deployment by prioritizing rollouts to the most relevant user groups, ensuring better compatibility and more accurate performance insights.
