Abstract
In a two-camera system, a highly accurate distance estimation between the cameras is critical to customer experience. Here, we describe a solution that estimates the direct distance between a table camera and a video bar with their existing hardware and a simple algorithm. When there are two loudspeakers on a video bar and microphone arrays on a table camera that can localize sound sources, the distance between the table camera and the projection of table camera on video bar can be determined by the difference of the sound source localization (SSL) angles of the two loudspeakers.
