Abstract
A technique is proposed for electronic message management across multiple messaging formats. Upon receiving a message associated with a first format from a first user for a second user, a computing system determines whether to send the message to a client device of the second user in the first format or a second format. Upon determining to send the message in the second format, the computing system obtains a summary of the message and transmits the summary in the second format to the client device of the second user. The computing system receives a response from the client device of the second user in the second format and transmits the response to a client device of the first user in the first format.
