Abstract

Conventional techniques of user feedback evaluation focus on post-hoc analysis of collected feedback instead of target feedback collection. Thus, conventional techniques fail to capture insightful and actionable feedback because they lack the ability to ask a user nuanced follow-up questions while the user is providing feedback. Moreover, conventional techniques do not consider contextual information such as a user’s history of giving feedback. To address these issues, techniques proposed herein provide a method for implementing a multi-tier feedback service that dynamically generates and/or alters feedback questions regarding device usage to elicit concrete and helpful feedback that is simplistic to act on without following up with the user at another time.
