Abstract
Proposed herein is an innovative approach to artificial intelligence (AI) agent design, testing, and deployment within a contact center environment by introducing a distributed swarm intelligence model through which "human-supervised" AI Agents can learn and operate semi-autonomously in a training school, trained by human agents that are domain experts in one or more technology areas.
