Abstract
Stray inductance in power electronics can significantly impact the performance of power electronic systems, particularly in high-speed switching applications. The existing traction driver inverter suffers from high stray inductance as it uses a layout with multiple rows of MOSFET increasing the conductive length of busbars. The proposed inverter layout addresses this issue by using a single row of MOSFETs instead of two or multiple rows.
