Abstract

Business process workflow monitoring can be very useful for business users to track the health of their business workflows. Proposed herein is a system that can be utilized to define service level objectives (SLOs) for business journey milestones and overall journeys, including error budgets and proactive burn rate alerts, which can be used to facilitate service level management of business workflows. Thus, an approach to performance management is proposed that may leverage service level indicators (SLIs) in order to enhance reliability and operational excellence within business processes.
