Abstract
Nowadays, it is common that user use dock to connect many devices, such as USB devices, monitors as well as mini desktop/workstation or computers.
Host computers have different power mode, thought that, traditional dock do not know that and cannot optimize the power management as well as detect and show abnormal status. It is a true panic for user that when host in power saving mode, but the fan speed of dock is fully turn on and make a noise or system in power saving mode but drain a lot of current in USB. Here we provide a method to solve the problem.
