Abstract
Techniques described herein provide for a centralized private cloud in a user’s home, providing a network-connected input/output device “front end” of devices that users can use to interact with software running on a virtualized “back end” of pluggable components. This brings the practice of modern data center management into the home in an effort to reduce waste and create a more sustainable and secure electronics ecosystem.
