Abstract
Most customers run out of toner before other cartridge components wear out. A customer can extend printing by adding additional toner to the cartridge without replacing the other hardware components in the toner cartridge. Toner Refill Kits and Toner-Only cartridges are also solutions to this issue, but this toner pellet idea provides a more cost-effective, low packaging, easy-to use variation on that system to supply toner to a refillable cartridge.
