Abstract
In the packaging of garment care devices, in particular Pressurized Steam Generator (PSG) with boiler, Single Used Plastic (SUP) made of PE (polyethylene), in the form of PE bag or PE protective film, is used to prevent scratches on the product during transportation. Typically, PE bags are used to separate the iron head and the iron stand.
The present publication relates to a solution for replacing the Single Used Plastic (SUP) by using sustainable cardboards material as separator to separate the iron and the stand.
