Abstract
This disclosure relates to a scheduler on a media platform that receives scheduling input from the user about a scheduled program event, and then launch the program in its respective streaming application to stream the scheduled content at the scheduled time. The scheduler may be provider agnostic, where the scheduler may schedule programs across streaming applications on a display device. In some examples, the scheduler may provide a list of programs to be streamed on the display device during the scheduled duration. In some examples, the scheduler may be integrated with a calendar application, and the user can use the calendar application to schedule one or more programs.
