Abstract
The present disclosure relates to system and method for implementing tier-based discount. The method comprises creating a plurality of predefined expense tiers and corresponding discount percentages, determining customer’s/user's cumulative expenses over a specific period for a merchant, assigning an expense tier to the user from the plurality of predefined expense tiers based on the user's cumulative expenses, fetching the discount percentage corresponding to the user's expense tier at the time of billing, and creating a final invoice after applying the discount percentage.
