Abstract
The invention disclosures the method for use of a single cooling fan to cool down the cavities of a double cavity oven assembly, where one cavity has electronic temperature control, and the other one has the electromechanical cavity temperature control. The cooling fan has a constant rotation speed characteristic and could operate in ON/OFF regime only.
