Abstract
Today, there is a gap in the CISS portfolio as most of our competitors have already offered office-class products with ink performance. The company needs to have a CISS business printer to address competitors’ threats in the micro/SMB space. The strategy would be leveraging the current office printer platform and integrating it with ink tanks. To help us expand the CISS category in low-mid SMBs to meet growing productivity needs in hybrid and distributed environments, we will have to minimize the overall printer size growth after ink tank integration on the current business printer platform.
