Abstract
Batter making with Wet grinder is part of day-to-day activity in Indian kitchen as the Idly and Dosa are the most common breakfast in many parts of India. Majority of the Tabletop wet grinders (Non arm type) have screw type locknut to lock/ unlock stone holder to the drum. Where in consumer must turn around 10 rotations to lock the stone holder for sufficient spring tension. This invention eliminates screw type lock nut by using cam principle for easy lock/unlock.
