Abstract
A controller for but not limited to low noise amplifiers (LNAs) providing improved yield, lower area, lower power, improved performance and improved production test calibration by leveraging innovative architectures and methodologies.
Key areas of focus:
- Single or multi-transistor LNA core & bias improvements to more precisely control and match both operating current densities and terminal voltages
- Generating more precise LNA voltage bias control and matching
- Reduced area and power
Techniques, methods and circuits are broad and generally applicable
