The present disclosure relates to methods to configure and train server-side streaming optimizations in noisy systems. The present invention allows a client to configure tolerances for server-side streaming in terms of tolerances and update rates, and the server will train to this relative specification to arrive at an absolute range to compare collected data against. The present invention also allows for the tolerances to be configured and reported on a management interface.
