Abstract
The invention proposes the use of T-sensor (temperature sensor) with a gas hob to give protection against unmonitored/uncontrolled heating. The T-sensor functions to sense dry heating, rice cooking, water boiling condition, deep frying, simmer control or a controlled flame generation and remote status monitoring.
