Abstract
The invention discloses a method of controlling an oven for food preparation, particularly to an auto-start method. Based on the configuration of a system comprising an oven, an image sensor, and a remote controller, the remote controller directly executes an automatic oven operation based on the received image detection results, wherein the automatic oven operation comprises a step of automatically opening/closing the oven door and a step of setting cooking parameters for food detected by the sensor, and a step of operating a cooking process. Accordingly, the invention implements a fully automatic start of the open operation.
