Execution-Finality Enforcement Profiles for AI-Native 6G RAN, Non-Terrestrial Networks and IMT-2030 Radio Effects
ABSTRACT
6G will be AI-native: RAN intelligent controllers, xApps, rApps and accelerator-hosted models compute beam, scheduling, handover, spectrum, power and slice actions at machine speed, while satellites and direct-to-device beams carry sessions across borders, and ambient devices, intelligent surfaces and sensing functions multiply the ways a radio network can be made to act. Authentication, attestation and controller policy decide whether a component may participate; they do not guarantee that the exact radio effect being applied still matches current authority after network state, location, policy or jurisdiction has moved, and they do not stop unauthorised parties forcing baseband, GPU and NPU work simply by sending requests. This disclosure presents 28 radio-side enforcement profiles built on one pattern: a computed action stays non-effective until a gate at the real consequence boundary — RF enable, beam driver, scheduler, slice controller, paging, optical inter-satellite switch or baseband — verifies single-use, act-bound authority tied to the action's parameters, destination, generation and freshness, and consumes it atomically with the effect. Profiles cover AI-RAN closed loops, ultra-low-latency gates, satellite jurisdictional continuity, direct-to-device beams, integrated sensing, ambient IoT, intelligent surfaces, zero-wake paging and accelerator-to-radio paths, plus a low-energy pre-admission gate measured as unauthorised joules per rejected request. Alignment is discussed with 3GPP Release 20/21, O-RAN, ITU-R IMT-2030 and publicly described directions at Qualcomm, Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, NVIDIA, Starlink and AST SpaceMobile; this alignment material is AI-generated and is not industry validation, so readers must cross-check it against the original patent filings. This disclosure is based on PCT/IB2026/055615 (the "Mothership" application), filed 4 June 2026 and disclosed 16 July 2026, which claims priority from PCT/IB2026/053385, filed 7 April 2026 and disclosed 4 June 2026, and on PCT/IB2026/054453, filed 5 May 2026 and disclosed 16 July 2026.
