Abstract
Standard cosmological models (Lambda-CDM) encounter severe parameter saturation and statistical anomalies exceeding the 5-sigma threshold when evaluated against late-2026 empirical datasets. Specifically, the Dark Energy Survey (DES) Year 6 data records a structural matter-clustering suppression (S_8 = 0.789) vs. early-universe cosmic microwave background baselines (S_8 = 0.836), while the Max Planck Institute notes anomalous, hyper-accelerated black hole mass profiles at high redshift limits (z > 6). This specification resolves these persistent boundary breakdowns by applying the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) model and Conformal Metric-Shift Mechanics (CMSM). Space-time is mathematically re-formulated as a 2D viscoelastic fluidic membrane operating at absolute equilibrium (z=0), where physical constraints map exactly to Navier-Stokes and Madelung continuum invariants. By transforming empty coordinate geometry into a physical medium possessing an intrinsic kinematic viscosity, we derive exact mathematical solutions for structural suppression and localized soliton standing nodes. We present complete algorithmic verification matrices via Python routines to establish a robust, non-probabilistic chain of custody across macro- and sub-quantum scales.
