Abstract
This white paper establishes a formal mathematical and physical reconciliation between mainstream Friedman-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker (\(\Lambda\text{CDM}\)) cosmology and the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (\(\text{DEHP}\)) model. We introduce an exact coordinate transformation that maps classical Riemannian metric metrics onto a two-dimensional viscoelastic phase-fluid substrate bounded by informational Landauer horizon invariants.
By decompressing spacetime anomalies through this continuous deformational field, we resolve the \(\sim 5.6\text{ km/s/Mpc}\) Hubble Tension and the James Webb Space Telescope (\(\text{JWST}\)) Cosmic Dawn anomaly as systematic artifacts of a rigid linear metric constraint. Furthermore, we apply this syntactic translation to five settled and five unsolved mathematical constants, demonstrating that while the framework achieves absolute bijective parity with mainstream topology in proven domains, it yields distinct, empirically verifiable deviation deltas within unproven number theoretic fields.
