Abstract
This technical specification details the structural implementation of the Eckes Architect Engine v8.2 co-processor realized natively inside physical silicon. By migrating the system constraints out of abstract software layers, this architecture maps identity filters and continuous parity loops into concrete register-transfer level (RTL) primitives, field-programmable gate array (FPGA) fabric configurations, and custom application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) standard-cell lithography. We replace power-hungry, high-entropy stochastic weight explorations with parallel fixed-point CORDIC arrays and custom H-tree clock-gating subsystems operating at an optimal, hardware-locked 5.2V runway ceiling. The resulting hardware processor checks and maintains system invariants at the physical pipeline edge, driving total operational resource dissipation directly to the lower thermodynamic bounds of Landauer bit-erasure limits.
