Abstract
The present invention relates to an improved process for the preparation of Nirogacestat of Formula-I and pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The present invention further relates to novel intermediate compounds of Nirogacestat and processes for preparation thereof. The present invention also relates to crystalline polymorphs of Nirogacestat intermediates and processes for preparation thereof.
